Plasmetex Industries is a Southern California manufacturer specializing in precision thermoset and thermoplastic molding for OEMs across the electronics, transformer, coil, and specialty component industries. Located in San Marcos, CA, we have been a reliable supplier of molded components for decades, producing encapsulating cases, toroid mounts, terminals, and custom-molded parts built to customer specifications.
Our molding capabilities include compression, transfer, injection, and insert molding, enabling us to support a wide range of part designs, performance requirements, and production volumes. We manufacture both standard catalog components and fully custom designs based on customer drawings.
Plasmetex also maintains complete in-house mold making and tooling support. Using CNC machining and both wire and sinker EDM equipmentdedicated strictly to internal toolingwe design, build, maintain, and repair our molds onsite.
